Episode 13: Norm Albiston teaches us how to think like a fish

Listen Now
Our most information packed show yet. Just when you think you know a bit about fish and fly fishing you talk to a guy like Norm and you realize how little you know. Every time I listen to Norm I walk away a better fly fisherman.

This episode runs a bit longer than our normal length but I couldn't bring my self to cut any of it. Every minute is packed with some of the best fly fishing tips I have ever heard. Its worth the wait on the download.

Before we bring Norm back again we want to know what questions you have for him. Post them here on the boards or email them to us.

Great podcasts guys. I would love to hear more on the effect of moon cycles on trout, particularly how the phases affect day/night fishing. It would be great to get a when & why by an authority like Norm Albiston as there is a lot of confusing and contradictory info around on the net. A lot of the info is aimed at saltwater rather than freshwater fishing. Thanks :o)

I agree w fly_fischa. It would be great to hear Norm's discussion on fishing and moon phases.

i, too, would like to learn more about the effects of the moon on fishing. If Norm plans his trips around the moon, it is obviously important.
